I like broccoli.

As a regenerative farming practice, we keep roots in the soil as long as possible. As certified organic growers, we keep animals away from our production fields for at least 3 months from planting. But at the end of the season, we let these guys mow down what we’ve left for the pollinators and fertilize for the coming year. Kato likes broccoli the best.
